Step 3. Pack and Post your item

 

Thanks for submitting an online returns form. You’re nearly done. All that’s left to do is post your item back to us at:

Now we’ll take care of the rest!

	4. We will begin processing your return! For Exchanges: We will send out the exchange item via your selected postage method within 24hrs of receipt of your emailed form - that means you get your product quicker! For Refunds: We will issue a refund via your original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
	5. Confirmation Once the Exchange item has been sent or refund has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email so that you know everything is up to date!
