No cost exchanges if we recommend your size – Taking the risk out of your online shopping experience!
We understand it can be daunting buying online, especially when it involves potentially selecting an incorrect size and then having to pay the postage costs associated with an exchange. To eliminate this risk, we invite you to let us choose or recommend your correct size.While we do our best to recommend the best size for each
enquiry, every woman’s individual body and shape is different. This means that we may occasionally get it wrong. If we get the size wrong we will cover all costs associated with returning the incorrect product to us. We will also express post a replacement to you at no charge.
It is essential that you provide us with accurate information so that we can select the right size for you. If we require further information from you, we will contact you as soon as possible via phone or email in order to ensure your order is posted asap.
Quick response to your enquiries:
Our email is monitored 9am – 3pm, Monday – Friday to ensure you receive a quick response to your enquiry. For urgent enquiries or phone orders, please phone us during business hours. If you do not appear to have received a response within 24hrs, please check your junk folder in case the email has gone there.
Why do we ask for your phone number?
Sometimes incorrect emails are entered and we have no way of contacting you or replying to your enquiry. We also send a confirmation text message once we have replied to your email to ensure it doesn’t go missing in cyber space. We DO NOT use it for marketing or pass it on to third party sites.

If you do happen to require an exchange:
- Please notify us by phone or email and we will send out your replacement product express post within 48hrs
- Along with your replacement product, we will send you a reply paid self addressed post satchel. Please use this satchel to return the incorrect product to us. If we do not receive the returned product within 14 days of mailing you the satchel, you may be charged for the replacement item (Once the returned item is received, a refund will be issued.)
- An incorrect item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed, and include all its original packaging.
