Filmed throughout her own pregnancy, Tasha Lawton leads you safely but not always glamorously, through your 1st Trimester, with these specifically tailored Pilates exercices. This workout will target the areas of change that your body is experiencing. Every exercise incorporates strengthening your abs and your pelvic floor.
You will be amazed as your posture improves, your butt tightens, your lower back strengthens and your confidence soars. This workout is suitable for people of any fitness level and can even benefit you even if you are not pregnant!
The workout lasts for approximately 50 minutes and it is recommended that you try to complete the routine at least 3 times a week in order to achieve the best results. No equipment is required to complete this workout.
