Returns & Exchanges

We are always sorry to hear that a product needs to be returned, but it is important to us that our customers have the best product for their needs, as well as one that fits correctly.

Change of mind:

We offer a 30-day refund or exchange policy from date of purchase. Any returns that fall outside this 30 days will be assessed on a case by case basis. Our returns and exchanges process is as follows:

4. We will begin processing your return!

For Exchanges: We will send out the exchange item via your selected postage method within 24hrs of receipt of your emailed form - that means you get your product quicker!

For Refunds: We will issue a refund via your original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
5. Confirmation

Once the Exchange item has been sent or refund has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email so that you know everything is up to date!
Just a few other quick things you need to know:

1. Costs associated with returning an item and having a replacement sent are the responsibility of the customer.

2. If an item is returned and does not meet our returns standards, no refund, or only a partial refund may be issued.

3. We are to receive the returned item within 14 days of you completing our online returns form. If we do not receive it in this time, we will take payment for the replacement item sent. This will then be refunded on receipt of the returned item.

$0 Exchanges:

If you need to return a product that was recommended under our $0 exchange policy, please contact us prior to returning the item. In accordance with our $0 exchange policy, DueSoon will cover all costs associated with returning an incorrectly sized item, and having the correct size sent out.

Faulty product:

Should you receive an item that appears to be faulty, please contact us prior to returning the item.

If, after assessment of the item we conclude that it is faulty and not the result of misuse, we will happily replace the item or offer a complete refund. In the case of faulty items, the postage cost incurred by the buyer in returning the item, along with the postage cost in sending a replacement, will be covered by DueSoon.

Returns due to order errors:

In the event you are sent the incorrect product, please contact us prior to returning the item.

All costs associated with returns or exchanges due to an error by DueSoon will be covered by us.
