We do offer refunds & exchanges, however, it is essential that all items returned meet the following criteria. Please check that your item meets our standards below, and then proceed with the return process. If you don’t feel that your item meets the below requirements, please contact us.

tick iconEnsure the item is free from any marks, fluff, fibres, and pet hair.
tick iconEnsure there are no pulled threads or damaged fabric due to being caught on velcro closures.
tick iconEnsure there is no pilling or signs of wear to any part of the product.
tick iconEnsure you have ALL parts of the items original packaging
tick iconHave a copy or your original invoice ready to include with your product for return
tick iconEnsure that the product is in ‘prefect as new’ unworn and unwashed condition and fit for resale.
