Same day postage is offered on all orders placed before 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm will be posted the next business day.

Shipping FAQ’s

If an order is returned to us as ‘undeliverable’ (eg. due to incorrect details or no response to a calling card), we will contact you to check all shipping details and your preferred postage method. We will then re-send your order for an additional fee of the actual postage cost.

Incorrect delivery address… 2017-05-18T11:52:58+00:00

Please make sure you provide us with the correct delivery address. This can be checked on your ‘order confirmation’ email. If you don’t appear to have received an ‘order confirmation’ email, please check your junk folder, as they occasionally end up there. We are not liable for the cost of re-posting any items sent to an incorrect address that has been provided on your order form. Any extra postage costs will need to be covered by you.

What if I’m not home to receive my parcel? 2017-05-18T11:52:46+00:00

All our orders are sent ‘Signature on Delivery’. This means that if no-one is home to receive your order, the driver will leave a calling card and deliver your parcel to your local post office. It is then your responsibility to collect the parcel within 10 business days, or it may be returned to us as a ‘non-collection’.  If no calling card has been left, please contact Australia Post on 13 76 78 and use the tracking # found in your ‘order shipped’ email to find the whereabouts of your parcel. If you don’t appear to have received an ‘order shipped’ email, please check your junk folder, as they occasionally end up there.

If you are happy to have your parcel left somewhere at your home, please place your delivery instructions in the ‘comments’ section of your order. Please keep the instructions brief and ensure that the location you choose to have your parcel left is out-of-sight and weather. Allowing your parcel to be left means that no signature on delivery is required.

Please note: We will write your instructions on the parcel, however, this is at your own risk and we cannot guarantee that the delivery driver will follow them, and we cannot be held liable for stolen or damaged orders.

What is the delivery time frame for my order? 2017-05-18T11:52:34+00:00

Your order will be sent via Australia Post according to your selected shipping method (regular or express). All orders received before 2pm EST (Sydney time) Mon-Fri will be dispatched on the same day. If your order is received after 2pm, over the weekend, or on public holidays, it will be dispatched on the next business day.

Estimated Australia Post delivery time (after dispatch)

  • 1-2 business days in Express delivery zones and;
  • 3-7 business days for regular post. Please note: some regional or remote areas may take up to 10 business days.

All  parcels include a tracking number and will require someone to be home to receive the order. If you are not at home to receive your order, it will be taken to your nearest local post office for collection.
